Call 911 or proceed to your nearest emergency room immediately. Bona is not intended for medical emergencies. Once the emergency has been addressed or resolved, contact your prescribing practitioner to inform them of your experience as this may impact your current treatment plan.
Shipping
Yes! All of our packaging is fully discreet, with no indication of the contents inside.
Shipping is 100% free! There is currently no cost to have your medication sent to you from our pharmacy partners.
Our pharmacy partners use Canada Post and/or Purolator for shipping.
In most cases no, but a signature upon delivery may be required.
Pricing
Bona charges a fee for the online visit once your intake form is reviewed by our triage team. In most cases the fee is $99 but varies by treatment category.
You will be charged for the online visit as soon as it is reviewed by a healthcare practitioner. Our partner pharmacy will charge you after your prescription is sent, and you will be charged the medication cost for each shipment based on your chosen refill schedule.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and Amex)
The charge on your bank statement will appear as “Bona Health”
